Hello, scanned posts and didn't see this one exactly, so sorry if a repeat.
On the refills screen, I have been getting a lot of refill requests for patients that aren't mine but another physician with a very similar name. I deny these, and add in the comments section "Wrong doctor" or something similar. Sadly, for whatever reason, it takes 1-3 seconds for EACH letter typed to appear after I type it. For example, "Wrong doctor" goes like "W.......R.......o...........n....." and as I am waiting for the keyboard buffer to catch up to me, there's another patient checked in and waiting for me
Anything I am doing wrong?
Also I am getting a lot of controlled refill requests, so I try to put a comment on that too.
