DoctorWAW made a good suggestion. But I believe the 8860DN is harder to find now. Similar and newer models would be the brother MFC-8480dn (Wired networking, 250 Sheet Tray) and brother MFC-8890dw (Wireless+Wired, 250 Sheet Tray + 50 Sheet Multipurpose).


Multifunction scanners are not good for heavy use. For that I would recommend a Document Scanner Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 (no TWAIN driver) or Fujitsu fi-6130 (TWAIN Driver).
