I agree with you that there is such a thing as a memory leak. I agree with Bert that higher memory usage by SQL is NOT indicative of a memory leak, nor is it likely the cause of your problem. (Of course, Bert is probably the one who taught me this, so I am not an independent source).
I suggested
previously that Updox could be the cause of this. Could you take a look at that post, see if it applies to you, and post back with an answer, please?
