One more data point.
My wife and I (both primary care docs) have been seeing patients using AC for 3 years now. She was in solo practice for 5 years before that; we scanned the last 2 yrs worth of her active charts when she started electronically with AC and still scan a fair amount of new stuff.
Our .mdf file is 1.1 GB (2 docs, each working 4 days a week for 3 yrs)
.ldf file is 291 MB
Imported items is 4.5 GB
