Solo practice using Amazing Charts for about 9 years. Have been scanning stuff in only about 1 or 2 years.

Eventually, after version 7 gets out the door, Amazing Charts will need to consider a data deletion option for inactive charts. Personally I keep the whole paper chart 10 years past the date patient last seen face to face (however I realize some doctors, like Pediatricians need to keep stuff longer). This could be easily customizable and be done in the Amazing Utilities section (with all sorts of warnings and backups before anything actually deleted).
