Look in the AC templates download section and you will find my Bright Futures based templates. My developmental ones are in Social Hx as that is where I put them. My Age based Plan one are, surprise, in the plan section.
If you do not know how to get there, right click in a section then import (default is from AC) that will take you to the website where you can import them. You will see that they are tagged Pediatrics and Bright Futures.
