We are in the process of writing templates and securing in our document library everything we need to assure we incorporate all of the elements of Bright futures in our Health Maintenance exams. Up to now we have been doing it in a less than formal manner but it appears to be perfect for Pediatrics to formalize this model in AC, I would be happy to share what we do as it happens but need to know precisely how to get the information from here to there in a usable format. It will include templates and documents linked to specific ages. I assume there will have to be two modes of transmittal, one in template format and the other perhaps FTP or linked.
