Those were the primary reasons I opted for SBS 2011. You get the premium functionality without paying the premium price. For some reason, some IT pros strongly advocate against using SBS 2011 and say that wouldn't recommend it to a client. Sure Server 2008 is more powerful and more expandable, but when you're a physician with your own private practice, you don't really need the possibility of expanding beyond 75 users or buying separate licenses for SQL and Exchange. I also intend to implement all three.
