Is there some reasonable way to make this easier? Maybe not... the term that comes to mind is called a "manual" and the way to find stuff is called an "index." Something like "Amazing Charts for Dummies" would sure be nice....

I did notice that the "Help" section in AC is expanding a bit. Still a long way to go, with a lot of "More information on this topic is coming soon...", but still there seems to be an effort in the right direction.
I am confused about what you are doing at night: IT or "it". What's with all the tossing and turning and spasms....
