Sorry, you definitely helped us going through all the steps. I did disable the firewall of the Norton, went throught wired network, problem continued. Finally after uninstalled my Norton 360, everything is running smoothly. I paid for that for 3 years, but still have to let it go and loose the money. Mostlikely problem with Norton 360, was its built in off site backup system. Any way now we have AVG antivirus running.
