I didn't see open systems, but I did see "proprietary"

I have to admit, I'm leary of any billing company these days. I've only used one that had been recommened here on this board, and it was a total disaster. (Yes, I did my due diligence, but apparently it was not enough. I know others have had problems with the same company).

I would really want to see a track record, how fast they return calls, who returns them, where are people working, and if they are overseas, what kind of communication will you have with them (we had a horrible connection) how well do they speak English (they didn't) and how well trained are they (they did not seem to understand that if they were not billing, I as well as they - were not getting paid).
