You may want to work with your pharmacy. I have a parent who is a pharmacy tech at walgreens and stated that when a e-script comes in it blocks them from processing the next paper script until it is done. They should be going through in minutes, which she demonstrated in the office by calling the pharmacy while she was still in the exam room.

You can go to the main page and go under online services and choose electronic prescribing. (I think you can also use control P on the main page.) This page will tell you what Rxs failed and also any refill Rxes but that usually takes weeks to months before it is implemented.
I would assume you have registered for e-prescribing, you may need to talk to AC to have them verify that things are going out correctly if there is no information on the eprescribing section
