Thanks for clearing things up. You have to admit your first post sounds a lot like an advertisement. Offshore? That sure beats outsourcing your billing. I looked at your previous posts, and they seemed like anything but a vendor.
But, there was no name to this company. No website. Just kind of out of the blue. Why can't we just have the name, address, phone number or website of this company? And, I think it would be interesting if you gave more details. How can a company off shore fax your records. And, are they HIPAA compliant? Do you patients know that a 3rd party is privy to their records? Sure, there are times when that is the case, but this just seems extreme.
A lot of us fax from our computers, and it only takes a few clicks. So I am confused as to how they can be cheaper. If you get a request to send records today, do they do it?
