In response to questions above, yes we are an AC user, for the past 3 years and we love it. I am just trying to introduce another option and help. We are a busy practice and always look for efficiency and cutting costs. Payroll has been a big expense. Having employees to do the daily tasks of attaching incoming faxes or faxing records out, took some time however you look at it, and pushed some folks into overtime hour. When we started with AC 3 years ago, we were also scanning relevant portion of charts as patients came in and cataloging it in the Imported Items. By outsourcing it and having a dedicated team to worry about it, not only saved us money it was efficient.
