Right click on the med and select remove.
Bert, This is brilliant! I was looking for a button, I was not aware that you could right click and a menu would drop down with that option.

I am confused on this one. You can add an allergy in the inactivation reason window. Do you mean in the actual allergy box? Why couldn't you? Can you elaborate on this one.
In order to inactivate as an allergic reaction, 1st you have to inactivate w/ a reason, ie: allergy, but that does not automatically generate an allergy entry, one would have to select the allergy box on top of the page and then additionally ad the allergy entry there to be correct. It would be better as a one-step process.
