Right click on the med and select remove.

I am confused on this one. You can add an allergy in the inactivation reason window. Do you mean in the actual allergy box? Why couldn't you? Can you elaborate on this one.

This is a great idea. I think it would be helpful if this were the case. Since it probably will never happen, on the bright side, I tend not to look at the patient's past visit history, but I ALWAYS clean up their meds, so when I see antibiotics there (which is probably the number culprit for us), I look to see if they had a recent OM or something.
