We have the same problem with these recurring updates, on multiple machines, different operating systems, different manufacturers. The "fix" fixes it, until the next AC update, when it again starts wanting to reinstall repeatedly. AC support insists their install has nothing to do with MSXML 4.0. But if it looks like a duck...
