That is too funny! And, I never pictured your finding that funny.
I used to work for one of those hospital-owned practices (need I say more). We didn't part ways amiably. Anyway, Word spellchecker would always suggest a certain word for them. I found it highly amusing. I can't really share it here as some would find it offensive, and I respect that.
But, spellcheckers have still not evolved to the point where they can actually realize the word they are suggesting is not appropriate in that context.
