I agree. And even if you "save" new words, the AC spell checker has a bug that won't remember mixed case words, such as "EKGs". So it flags them as errors again & again. Now that we have this new spelling of some drugs (ie: "busPIRone" or "predniSONE"), there are even more errors flagged, which can't be saved to the dictionary.
