I had signed up for a very expensive ( ridiculous) EMR/PM package a year before I started AC. A year later ( with lots of "training") it was still not possible to even produce a credible note for an encounter never mind all the other aspects of charting.
Debra, would you mind telling me/us what your initial emr was? You can PM me if you wish. I just keep a note of emrs that have been noted as particularly bad choices.
