We are using PDF Converter Professional V. 6. Its by Nuance, the same people who do Dragon Naturally Speaking and Paperport. Lets you do almost everything that Adobe Standard does: edit, markup, combine, extract pages, etc. (Normally about $90 online. Right now its about $50 from Overstock.com.) Working fine on a Win7 32 bit. Haven't yet installed on our new Win7 64bit machine. Will let you know how that goes.
