After recent catastrophic server failures, we are reworking our network. With 3 satellite sites the connection requirements are intensive.
I'm trying to understand the physical requirements for operating AC files. If an AC server can be local at each satellite, then only scheduling data need to be communicated to the "main" server.
A daily "syncing" can be done to update patient charts as it is rare one office need patient another patient's data the same day.
Sound feasible?
