We had to upgrade from DNS v 9 to 10 to work on the new hardware for our office EHR changeover. An extra $1100 for 4 license upgrades was sort of a drop in the bucket. " in for a penny in for a pound. "

We have been pretty satisfied with DNS for a few years. My philosophy has been to accept all but major mistakes in my office notes as long as they still make sense. Letters are much more Time consuming, and I miss my transcriptionist, but not the $1100 a month she cost.
