I spent a bundle on DNS 9 and had a 64 bit computer and the reseller had a no return policy when I discovered that I could not install this on my computer. The stores were not even selling any 32 bit machines anymore at the time I bought my computer. I have no idea if it really works or not. I tried it out a little on a computer at home. What a disappointment. The Windows voice recognition software seemed to work about as well as far as I could tell. I certainly would not want to waste a bunch of money again with the reseller in my area given my experience for the upgrade. I live in Florida by the way.
