I am also a regular DNS medical 10.1 user, and I am fairly certain that you could not remotely dictate into DNS. For one thing, Dragon is very resource intensive, and would likely overwhelm LogMeIn's capacity.
I think your best bet would be to get a digital recorder that is approved for use with DNS, and use that on hospital visits, and then use the dictation transcription module of DNS when you return to the office.
