I have a problem in that I am writing the note and generating the letter myself but I do it after the referral is set up by my MA. It seems that unless I go in an edit the letter so that it is signed by me, it is signed by the last person who used the account. For example if my ma wrote a letter to the patient with info regarding their appt with the specialist, when I go in and write the referral letter to the specialist, it is signed by the MA unless I change it back to me. I'm log in as me and my MA is logged in as him so we are very curious about this. It is a pain. Each and every time I must change the signature back to me. I haven't figured out the cause or solution yet.
