I am new to this forum- I have been using Amazing charts for 4 years, but recently upgraded to version 5.02. Among other small problems my biggest problem is following-I am a specialist & after finishing my notes, they need to be e-faxed to primary physicians. I want to know if the note that I have already signed ealrier in the day can be faxed by my MA to the PCP office. So far they have been sending from my logged in screen because they send it from recent encounter screen - as I don't find any other way to send notes from past encounter screen- I can't pull letter wrting screen from past encoutner screen. I would like them to be able to send the ntoes from their logged in screen from past encoutner- so they can work through the day & send notes & they appear to be signed by me & not them ( which they do if they send from recent encounter screen through their logged in screen). I hope someone else has the solution as this has been very frustrating issue for me all this time that I have used Amazing charts. I would be very thankful if someone can provide solution for this as technical suport has not helped with this insptie of repeated reminders. Thanks for any input on this matter.
