Yes there is another way for the staff to do the refills.
They must go thru the new crops screens and they are permitted to do refills there. I give them instructions and they can now go thru the new crop screens and function. Up until we learned this fact this week, they would print and fax (I know it defeats the purpose of having an EMR) to the local pharmacies.
