There must be something your receptionist can add to the workflow even if it's using something like Shortkeys

Or, even though we tend to do this on the Superbill and my staff adds it later -- if they do it, grrrr -- your receptionist could open the chart and then go to the demographics and see if anything has changed. But, then again, you probably only see a post-op a couple of times.
