Unless they changed it, we hated it. As Wayne says, it is way too verbose. It could literally take five minutes to get through a headache complaint and that's if they are only complaining about a headache and not headache and vomiting.
They also weren't very willing to allow customization or make it easy -- kind of what Wayne is saying. I remember the rep (who was very nice), taking my questions and making a small template. It was VERY cool and had me thinking about it. But, then they never came up with a way to do it for myself. Add to the fact that it is more expensive than AC is per year, and, well....
