Thanks. I understand your answer about the colors - I am not familiar enough with the program yet so my suggestion didn't make sense. I would really love a template for osteo treatment, ROS, Physical exam, etc that would allow one to check boxes for + and the rest would just not be copied to the chart. I'll keep working on my templates.
