When installing Amazing Charts On a home edition of Windows, you will sometime get this error. This is sometimes caused by the XML file not installing when you install Amazing Charts. The steps to correct this are to go to the Amazing Charts folder on that computer and right click on an empty area. Go to new, then text document. Name the document amazingcharts.XML and remove the .txt that appears when creating this file. That should solve your problem.
