What Martin just said. Also, under the admin section you can change the "default" choices for the tracked data and customize it to what things you want to track. When you are in a pt's chart on the summary page, you can add your tracked items and when you click on the name of test to add, you will get a drop down menu with all the choices you just put into the admin section (or you can just free text it but having the same test title should make it easier to track/search the info later). Hope that wasn't too confusing but it is the end of the day and it was a hectic one!
