Somehow the note closed and posted before I was finished typing.

I have wished this before. Having the option of entering the code directly into the plan section (and having them show up on the cumulative problem list) would be such a time saver.

I apologize for wishing this again-was just entering a new, complicated pt with many problems. Having to do all these steps

1. Click on search icd9s button
2. Enter the code or the problem
3. Click Add dx to the chart
4. If already entered before in summary list have to click
yes or no to the Already in Problem List Question (Do you want
add this to the list again?)

If there was just a box where we could enter codes already known, it would save a minimum of 2 clicks for every problem entered.
