IMH is a great idea. But it is so verbose. So much extra "junk' gets written tothe chart. And then if the patient is giving inconsistant answers, you have a real mess.
Seems that is should be a really short questionaire for conjunctivitis. It wasnt that long in IMH. Too bad they dont ahve a web version to stick on the website before they get in.
