Has Phreesia changed? Last year I tried them for a few months. They expected us to customize the history questions, etc., myself. Their standard info questions were superficial. They advertise that they use physician consultants to customize the patient questions, but I didn't think it meant me. Turnover at Phreesia was remarkable. I had 3 different customer reps. I packed it all up and sent it back.
