I too have phresia and it is getting little use now. I am tired of the hype about version 5, pmr, etc and have realized this may be in the distant future so have moved to systems that will soldify us as we move into this rocky change in the American health care system. I pray they get us something fast as I may not be willing to spend the time and learn a new system.
