We already have this Amazing feature in Amazing Charts in the summary section: Tracked Data. May be Jon can put the catch word: "Registry" next to that heading.
We just started using it, it is wonderful and perfectly adequate to hand out to patients.
The Tracked Data is prepped the previous day by the clerical staff and when pt comes we update the goals (we have goals on this one just like other registries available elsewhere).

With this, there is no need to double entry pts info / or our office info on the letter head, it will print all those.

Has the tracked data section changed? The last time we used it, it wa a list that only allowed maybe 10 items that could not be arranged/grouped. With q 3month a1cs and more frequent lipids, the 10 items filled quickly-. Would love to know it is more usable these days.
