I know!! What's worse (??) is that when I told the nice new manager guy who is basically in charge of the "new improved" system, he was like, "Oh, don't leave us--we'll give you a discount, and it will only be $20 a month for you. By the way, can you give us some idea what the program would be worth to you in terms of time saved? We value your input!" Oy gevalt!
Anyway, thanks all for your input...now I am torn because I have gotten admittedly attached to the ease of interface between UpDox and AC and being paperless (we have not one but two scanners already), BUT............with the threat of increasing cost I am ready to look at other solutions!
