I've been using UpDox since err 11/06 I think? and was quite taken aback when they recently changed formats. Stuck with them because of the AC interface, but now I'm informed that they will be charging--get this!--$49.99 a month for the EMR interface subscription!!! For those of you scoring at home, that's more than AC itself, and I already have to pay for Onebox in order to use UpDox!
Obviously not a viable solution. I have reviewed the threads and apart from tangential mention, I haven't seen a recent posting of fax management.
Leslie: I know you use Paperport, but I don't have one of those fancy Brother faxes...we just use Onebox to receive faxes digitally. Would I be able to use Paperport instead in combination with Onebox? Does anyone else have any ideas? Anyone else in the same boat with UpDox?
