MS doesn't have any Import utility that I know off.
MS doesn't have a discussion forum like this one so that atleast users could help each other. They have a knowledge base information which doesn't answer this question. They don't provide a basic customer service atleast to give an hint saying that there is an import/export utility. They straight away ask for money for any customer support.
At this point we are entering patient demographics manually. It is painfull.
