I haven't used the reminders much, so I may not completely understand your concerns. Before reminders when I worked at a much larger office, we used to have different people watch others inboxes. Then, we changed that to just the office manager. Of course, all of our passwords were the same. Didn't see a whole lot of benefit to having different ones since there is no auto logoff, etc.

I guess you could set the notice to come up two weeks in advance and have the actual date in the message. Again, not sure all of the functions. It would be nice if it were like Outlook's reminders that have a "snooze bar" on them. I suppose it would also be possible to set the actual date and then make a separate one to remind you a week earlier. Just some ideas.

You could also have everyone copy all of them to you so that you could double check each one to be sure. Isn't medicine great?
