If I am understanding your question, if the reminder is in your inbox, you simply highlight it and click on delete. If there are multiple ones in the future, you can double click on your clock in the system tray and set the time to the future. This will allow all of the reminders to show up and you can click on delete all and choose the ones you wish to delete. I tried to edit them. You can put your open a reminder for the patient and click on show reminders. It appears as though you could edit from there, but you can't. But, that would be a crazy workaround anyway. You really should be able to edit them, I agree. You can only do it directly from the database.
