I share your confusion! Whenever I need to need to re-boot I get an error window that says "SQL Server Connection Error" with several suggested options from AC to correct the problem. None of them have worked. The final option is to contact tech support but when I did I was told that it sounded like a network problem and they didn't offer network support. It may have been that thye were overwhelmed with upgrade calls.
