You are correct...the only things that are left are the PMX, FmlyHx, SoHx, medications. Everything else got deleted with control n.
I'd love for there to be a way to save data...more than just the last note saved. One of the way that I've lost what is written is by using "Control Z", which is most programs is just an "undo" key. It usually wipes out whatever field I'm in, like the HPI (which is where I usually have the problem). Extremely frustrating!
