Inactivating a provider:
Hi all, I've tried over and over again to deactivate a provider that left our practice. Despite transferring her schedule to another provider, it still says she has appts. and will not let me inactivate her. When I do the schedule transfer operation, it seems to work (although since there were no appts, only a schedule) it's hard to tell.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
