Well, there are a lot of nice resorts which I am sure can accommodate large, tech-requiring groups and it is close to a number of beautiful sights....Sedona, the Grand Canyon just to name a few. And, it is reasonably easy to get there from anywhere with about as good of air fares one will find. Check out your cost to go from St. Louis to Orlando versus Phoenix.
