For the record, it is 25 miles. Pretty much everything in Rhode Island is close.
Just to play Devil's Advocate, is there a reason to bring a large number of support staff? Is this a gigantic teaching session on how to install v5. Just wondering?

I am sure there may be some nice places in Newport, although the mansions don't seem to cater to conferences.
