The last conference began sort of like this. Those who did the ground work determined the Branson location.
I am in Chicago, so I would prefer a non urban location, but am open.
In fairness we had the midwest, so we should look to a coast (east, west or south), but then again the midwest is fine with me, it's closer and I can probably drive with the kids.
Time is also open but spring to summer is probably the most practical.
