I think Office Ally works well so far. We are even submitting claims that were rejected and never followed up by a billing company. I like the fact that nobody gets a percentage of the copays and cash that we collect. I think the person at the front desk is your most important asset. They have to be honest and straight forward for your practice to be a success.
